The BCR industrial area is situated in the Central Interior region of British Columbia within 1.9 miles (3 kilometres) south of the intersection of highways 16 and 97. The 1,000-acre (728 hectare) area is proximally located to major transportation networks, utility corridors, and downtown Prince George. Immediately adjacent to the North-South Provincial Highway 97, the site is a short distance from the Prince George International Airport, and is bisected by the Class I, trans-continental railway, Canadian National. Divided into variable parcel sizes, the site is suitable for light or intermediate industrial use and consists of both privately-owned and City-owned parcels available for purchase or lease. Some parcels of land are proximal to a 69kv transmission line.
