Bullmoose Substation is located 49.7 miles (80 kilometers) south of Chetwynd and 24.9 miles (40 kilometers) northwest of Tumbler Ridge, in the central interior. Situated in the Peace River Regional District, the Substation is a unique parcel situated on crown land and currently serves an oil and gas operation. The parcel is surrounded by industrial land with a 430 sqft2 (39.95 m2) building on the 0.7 acres (0.28 hectares) site. The property is served by a 230kV transmission line.
